"I went in hoping to find..."
I went in hoping to find a few things, but the store was packed and kind of messy, like these places always are. There were staff around, but no one really seemed that helpful. The fitting room line took forever, which is what I feel like happens every single time. The clothes were okay, but the whole shopping trip just felt exhausting

"payment was easy enough"
i ordered from limelight.pk and the payment process was simple. they had card payment and cash on delivery, which worked well for me. checkout was quick too. i do wish they had a few more wallet options sometimes, but overall it was a good experience. giving it 4 stars.

"Slow replies and not much help"

"On-time delivery, but disappointing packaging"
My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was such a letdown. The bag was torn on one side and the clothes looked like they were just stuffed in without any care. It’s kind of frustrating because I like shopping from Limelight, but receiving an order like this doesn’t feel good. They really need to pay more attention to packing.

"Tracking Felt Completely Pointless"
I ordered from Limelight and the tracking has been stuck on the same update for days. It just says “dispatched” with no actual movement or clear delivery date, which is really frustrating. When a customer has already paid, it’s only fair to keep them properly informed about where their parcel is. I kept checking again and again, but nothing changed. Customer support didn’t really help either. Overall, it left a bad impression.

"Pretty good, most stuff was there"
Overall it was a good experience. The dress I wanted was actually in my size, which was nice. A few colors was out of stock but it wasn’t a big deal, still worked out okay.

"Good deals most of the time"
I ordered from Limelight after spotting one of their sales, the prices were a lot better than what I’d seen in store. I picked up two kurtas and a scarf, and the discount code went through without any fuss, which was nice.

The delivery took a few days, but that was okay, I wasn’t in a rush. I do like that they keep putting up new promotions, because it makes it easier to shop a little without feeling like you’re spending too much

"Order cancelled and communication was really poor"
I placed my order and then it just got cancelled without any proper update. It’s not even about the cancellation itself, I get that things can happen, but I had to chase them just to find out what was going on. Even the refund information wasn’t clear, which made the whole thing more frustrating. it was a really annoying experience and I don’t think I’ll order from them again

The site looks decent enough, but it’s slow and the filters don’t always work right. Trying to find the right size was more annoying than it should’ve been, and I had to refresh a few times before checkout finally went through. Also not a fan of the terms changing on me while shopping — it makes the whole experience feel less straightforward than it should.

"Wish the shirt color had matched better"
I ordered from limelight and most of the items arrived exactly as I selected. The only thing I regret is not expecting a slight color difference, because one shirt looked a bit different from what I picked online and it was a little annoying. The sizes and quantity were all correct, and delivery was fine too. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do wish they checked orders more carefully before shipping them out.

"Styles Felt Outdated and No One Seems to Take Ownership"
I was checking limelight.pk for some clothes, but most of the styles just didn’t feel like my type. The colors and prints looked a bit too busy for me, and nothing really felt modern or fresh enough to make me want to order. It also kind of feels like if you have a concern or need help, nobody really takes ownership, which makes the whole shopping experience less appealing

I appreciated that the shipping charges were shown before checkout instead of popping up at the very end. For me, that makes a big difference when deciding whether to place an order. The package arrived without any issues too, so overall I’m happy with the experience

I just got these shirts recently, and my first impression is that the fabric feels really nice and soft. The only thing I noticed right away is that a few of them are a bit thinner than I expected, so I’m not sure how they’ll hold up yet. Overall, they’re comfortable, but the thinness stands out to me since I’ve only just started wearing them.

I ordered a kurta from limelight.pk and after trying it on, I’d say the fit is nice overall. I got a medium, and the length was perfect for me, but it did feel a little tight around the shoulders. Once worn, the fabric sits well and looks good, so I’m happy with it. I’d just recommend checking the size chart properly before ordering, especially if you’re between sizes.

"Color didn’t match the pictures"
I ordered from limelight.pk because the pictures showed a really nice soft pink shade, but what I received was totally different, more like a dull, odd color. I had picked it mainly for that color, so it was disappointing. After this, I don’t think I’d take the risk of ordering online from them again without seeing the item in person first.

"Premium Price, Not-So-Premium Shirt"
I ordered a shirt thinking, for the price, it would at least feel like something a little special. It looked fine when it arrived, so I had some hope. Then I washed it once and the fabric started feeling cheap fast. Lovely little reminder that spending more doesn’t always mean getting more, apparently. The stitching wasn’t great either, and I’ve seen similar clothes in other shops for less. For what they’re charging, I expected it to last longer than my excitement about buying it. Not really value for money for me.

"Could be better"
It’s okay, but I wouldn’t say I’m thrilled with it. There are a few things that could definitely be improved, and after using it for a while, I kind of feel stuck with it rather than happy about it. It does the job, but I wish the overall experience was smoother.
